Depression Disorders

Depression is a state of being sad most of the time, losing interest in daily tasks, and feeling tired. It can also cause changes in sleep, appetite, and focus.

Anxiety Disorders

These may include generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and phobias, all of which are characterized by excessive worry or fear that interferes with daily activities.

Trauma and PTSD
